All positions are advertised on a password protected website which is accessed by both qualified Norlanders, who will look at positions registered through Norland Agency, and Newly Qualified Nannies (NQNs), who will look at positions specifically registered for NQNs.

What type of nanny do you require?

Please ensure that you select the correct nanny type from the dropdown menu. If you would like a fully-qualified Norland Nanny, please select permanent, temporary or proxy parent, or maternity practitioner.

If you would like to register for a Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN), please select Newly Qualified Nanny.

If you are looking for an NQN to start after April 2025, please complete this enquiry list form and we will contact you once registration opens for the next set of NQNs in April 2025. (Please note that the majority of NQNs will begin their NQN year no earlier than late July. However, please do contact us if you are looking for an NQN between April and July 2025 and we can advise on availability).

Please note, due to the current restrictions imposed by the Department of State, entry to the USA has been suspended for the large majority of applicants for the rest of 2020. This may be extended through to 2021 and please visit The Department of State website for the latest updates before registering.

NQNs are required to work in England or Wales, and we cannot therefore register overseas positions for NQNs.

Either attach a photo/copy of your driving license or a utility bill/council tax statement which shows your name and address, and if a utility bill, is dated in the last six months. Please note, there is a requirement for NQNs to have at least one child at home who does not attend full-time nursery or school. The NQN should have at least 30 hours contact time with your child/children in which they can do some home-based activities for assessment purposes.
