Vanessa Wells BA (Hons) - Education Administrator

Vanessa joined the Norland team in a new role as Education Administrator in August 2023. She has a wealth of administrative experience, most recently from the Holburne Museum where she was Museum Administrator and PA to the director for seven years. Her role provided support at director and board level. Vanessa was also responsible for recruitment and managing internal communications.

Prior to that, Vanessa worked in the learning department at the Holburne where she was the administrator for all activities including the early years programme and school workshops.

Previously, Vanessa worked for Volunteer Centre Wiltshire as an Outreach Development Worker where she advised charities on best practice for the recruitment and retention of volunteers. Vanessa has a degree in English and History of Art from Oxford Brookes University.
