Mog Thirlwall - Student Support Officer

As Student Support Officer, Mog is responsible for providing academic and pastoral support to students. She has worked in the private, public and charity sectors for over 30 years where she has been an acting manager in social work, and a manager in community care, residential care, and sheltered housing.

Mog has also worked as an assessor and verifier within work-based education, and as a lecturer in both work-based adult education and in further education for post-16 qualifications.

Mog is a certified happiness facilitator, which assists her work to support student and staff wellbeing.
