Meet the team

Lucy Rogers is a Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) Consultant at Norland. This role includes training, preparing, supporting and assessing our students mostly through their first year of employment as NQNs. In 2009 Lucy attended Norland College as a student and trained alongside her peers to earn her Norland Diploma and went on to complete a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies in 2013. Once Lucy had finished her probationary year of training (now known as the NQN year) she continued working with the family for over eight years gaining lots of experience and knowledge in that time, which she can now use to support future students going into their NQN year.
