Meet the team

Clare has extensive experience in the early years and as a Norlander herself, has first-hand experience of the unique training and expectations of Norland Nannies in the workplace. She has worked for Norland both in Hungerford and Bath and currently as a Placement Officer, has an understanding of the demands in the role of a nanny, guiding students in their practice. Clare has worked predominately in latter years in the education sector, leading an early years department in a prep school.

Starting out after her training as a nanny in London, she has diversified her skills to take on teaching roles in both nursery and reception classes, has a Maternity Practitioner qualification and supported individual families short-term mentoring concerns and welfare needs. It is a privilege to be a part of the Norland team and support students in their progression of skills and practice. Clare is also a proud granny and keeping up to date in the care of small babies and children.
