Caprice Swingler - Recruitment Coordinator

Caprice joined the Agency team in December 2022, having previously worked in the Norland Placements team. She works with  Norlanders to ensure that their checks and clearances are up to date and processed in line with Norland’s policies before they are put forward as candidates. She loves walking in the countryside and goes hiking in the mountains with her partner whenever she has the opportunity.
