UNICEF publishes Rwanda early childhood programme report led by Dr Papatheodorou

Dr Theodora Papatheodorou, Research Fellow, was external early childhood expert and team leader for the endline evaluation of the Early Childhood Development and Families (ECD&F) programme, Phase II 2017-2020: Transforming the Lives of Children in Rwanda.
The evaluation was conducted as a collaboration between Athena Infonomics and FATE Consulting on behalf of UNICEF Rwanda. The report provides an overview of the implementation of the ECD&F programme Phase II, which spanned 2017-2020, and can be viewed below.
