Dr Janet Rose to give a talk on Emotion Coaching for The Care Leaders

Principal Dr Janet Rose will deliver a virtual training presentation on Emotion Coaching to The Care Leaders on 25 July 2024.
This virtual presentation for The Care Leaders – an organisation which supports professionals working in the care sector to empower young people to leave care services in a better place than when they entered – is titled ‘Emotion Coaching: developing self-regulation and supporting wellbeing’.
Dr Rose’s presentation will focus on introducing the concept of Emotion Coaching, cover the research behind Emotion Coaching, discuss the regulation systems within young people, and explore how Emotion Coaching can support self-regulation. Dr Janet Rose is Principal of Norland and co-founder of Emotion Coaching UK, an organisation which trains and researches the use of Emotion Coaching as a practical strategy to support the development of children’s and young people’s self-regulation, behaviour, wellbeing and resilience.
